Kingsman Executive Office Suites Limited, referred to as ‘Kingsman’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ are the Data Controllers. At Kingsman we want to make it easy for you to understand what we do with your information. Kingsman Executive Office Suites Limited collect information from you when you contact us or engage us to supply you with a service. We only collect information needed to contact you, provide the service you want and run the administrational needs of your contract.

For us to keep this information we need a lawful basis. The main basis we reply on is 'Contract', when you enter into an agreement with us to provide a service, such as renting office space; 'Legal Obligation' when we have to ask for photographic ID and proof of address, this is a legal requirement under the AML law and 'Legitimate Interest' when you book a place at an event, we share your information with the speaker / organiser.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Kingsman Executive Office Suites Limited public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: Kingsman Executive Office Suites Limited does not read any of your private online communications.

If you are not known to us, we will request photographic ID and proof of address. We have created a request form to make this as simple as possible for you.
