  • What is a Kingsman serviced office?
    Probably the best thing since sliced bread… but certainly on a par with space travel….. oh, and chocolate…… definitely chocolate!!! Joking aside, a Kingsman serviced office provides you with fully equipped office space at a prime address in the heart of St Helier. Your Kingsman office comes fully furnished and provides access to meeting rooms and break-out areas, with all amenities, as well as unlimited fresh ground coffee, included. Our friendly and professional team are here to support you and your business. We will welcome your visitors and can provide you with administrative support, freeing you up to concentrate on what’s important.
  • How long do I need to sign up for?
    One of the great things about Kingsman is that you can commit for as long as you like. Whether you need an office for a week , a month, a year or maybe longer, we have flexible agreements designed to suit your needs.
  • How often will my office be cleaned?
    Your office, as well as all communal areas throughout the building will be cleaned daily.
  • What if I need more space?
    We work with lots of growing businesses, and can provide a number of different options if you need to expand. Whether it’s an additional office, a larger office or simply another desk, we can support you as you grow.
  • What are the opening hours?
    You will be provided with 24/7/365 secure access to the building and your office. The reception desk is staffed from 08:45 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:45 to 17:00 on Friday. During this time our team will be on hand to welcome visitors and also provide you with any support you may require.
  • Do I have to provide a security Deposit?
    To secure your office you will be required to pay a security deposit, usually equivalent to 2 months rent. Your deposit is fully refundable so long as any outstanding fees related to the agreement have been settled.
  • How do the Meeting Rooms work?
    As a client you will receive free meeting room use for up to 2 hours a day. Thereafter an hourly fee applies. To book a room, you simply notify us and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • Can you answer my telephone calls?
    Yes, either by acting as frontline reception or simply as a back-up if you’re busy. Our friendly professional team of Virtual Assistants will act as an extension of your business. Answering calls in your company name, we can either patch the caller through to you or take a message and send you an email. We are fully conversant with most modern diary/calendar management platforms so we can help you with diary management and appointment setting if required.
  • Can you help with my IT?
    Yes, our In-House IT Support can help you with all things IT. We know how important it is to have everything working properly, and how frustrating it can be when things go down. We can help you with everything from your initial set-up to providing contracted ongoing Managed Support.
  • Do you provide secure shredding?
    Yes, we provide free access to secure shredding bins.
  • What about Printing and scanning?
    You can securely print, scan and photocopy at anyone of our shared access devices. We’ll set you up with your own unique ID and Login, and any printing will be charged for and added to your monthly invoice. You are of course welcome to bring in your own device if you prefer.
  • I’ve got someone flying in to see me for a few days, can you accommodate them?"
    Yes, if you need a private office or a desk in a shared space for a few days or a couple of weeks, we can look after your visitors short term or long term.
  • I often cycle to work, is there somewhere I can store my bike?"
    Yes, we have secure-dry-underground bike storage. We also have showers so you can get freshened up before getting down to work.
  • What else can the Kingsman team help me with?
    We can provide support for light administrative tasks including; binding, laminating, booking a taxi, as well as more complex tasks such; as telephone call answering, diary management, email management, booking appointments, data entry and processing etc.
