Kingsman Ticket Competition (Tuesday 1 August – Friday 25 August 2023)

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Kingsman Executive Office Suites (“Kingsman”).

​

2. The prize draw is only open to everyone who is a resident of Jersey Channel Islands. Employees of

Kingsman, their subsidiaries, families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible for entry into the competition. Kingsman reserves the right to verify the eligibility of an entrant.

 

3. Entrants must be 18 years old or older.

4. To be eligible entrants must:

• Like Kingsman Facebook page 

• Tag another Facebook account

• Share the Kingsman post to their Facebook page

 

5. Respondents to the competition will be entered into the draw on completion of the steps above.

 

6. The starting date of this competition is Tuesday 1 August 2023 at 9:00am.

 

7. The closing date for the receipt of all entries is Friday 25 August 2023 at 11.59pm.

 

8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these

terms and conditions.

 

9. There will be 1 winner, who will receive: 2 x Standard Tickets to xxx (insert festival)

 

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kingsman reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

 

11. Each entrant post will be entered into a random generator and selected at random. 

 

12. There is no cash alternative. No part of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted by the named winner.

 

13. Kingsman accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged or not received for whatever reason. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.

 

14. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and address. Proof of address must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw. Failure to provide adequate proof of identity and address may result in prize entitlement being withdrawn.

15. The winner will be decided on Monday 28th August 2023 and will be notified via Facebook within 3 working days of the closing date. If the message is returned for technological or other reasons beyond the winner’s control, reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner by alternative means. If such efforts are unsuccessful and contact has not been achieved within 2 days after first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.

 

16. The winner’s name will be published on www.facebook.com/kingsmanoffices

 

17. Kingsman reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this

promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control and, in doing so, accept no liability to any entrants or third parties.

 

18. Kingsman decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
